WELCOME TO THE TEAM, SLUT
"I'll admit, I always got really worked up watching guys take such big dicks and toys on tube-sites. I could just imagine how it would feel with those huge cocks grinding my hole open, making me their slut as they used me, dumping load after load in my gaped, abused gash. Pulling out and shoving a fist in to mash those loads together inside me, fuck... I knew that's what I wanted... what I deserved... and I was going to get there."
That's where I started, and we all started somewhere. The journey to working your hole into the cunt of your dreams is a noble one, as any slut would agree. There are many facets to training, so we're here to help guide you onto the path towards total hole transformation. Whether you're opening up for your partner to top you, ordered by your dom to plug up, or strive to be the loosest fist-junkie in town, we've got you covered with tips, tricks, and toy recommendations to achieve your goals. Let's nerd out so you can stretch your hole out.
The How-Tos of Hole Training
1. Proper Preparation
The first and most important thing to learn is how to prepare yourself for playtime. You're going to be exploring your ass, so cleaning out is a must. We recommend getting a shower-nozzle attachment for douching, as the cheaper "bulb enemas" are limited in their efficacy and are prone to getting dirty. A shower-nozzle will always be clean and fresh every time, delivering a steady stream of water at whatever temperature you find most comfortable. Plus, the added bonus of already being in the shower means the whole affair will be a lot cleaner.
We've got a more in-depth guide to cleaning out that you can read here.
2. Get slick
Don't forget about lube. Lubrication is what makes it all possible, because let's be honest: nobody likes to get fucked dry. Tugging and pulling on your hole with a dry toy is a recipe for sore holes and halted sessions, which nobody wants.
We recommend using water-based lubes, as they're the most compatible with the various types of toys, accessories, condoms, etc. X-Lube is a personal favourite of ours. You can customize it and make it as thick as you like, and like other water-based lubes, it's super easy to clean up and won't destroy your washing machine.
So now you're asking, "how much do I use?" When starting out, you can be especially liberal with lube, as you want to make it as easy as possible for your tight hole to accommodate toys. Coat the whole insertable length of the toy and add some to your hole, both rubbing around the outside and fingering a little in. Once you take half of the toy, apply a little more lube, and push further. Add more with a quarter of the length left to keep it slick.
Of course like anything you're applying inside/outside your body, start by pouring a small amount onto your hand/arm and rub it in a little to gauge any potential reactions to ingredients within (Simple is best! X-Lube only has one ingredient, Polyethylene Oxide). If all goes well, get slick and get playing.
We answered any questions you may have about X-Lube.
3. Patience, patience, patience
Stretching your hole is like working out any type of muscle at the gym. You're going to feel it the most when you first start out. You may get sore more easily, and you may need more time in between sessions at first than you will in the future. As much as you love it, your body is still getting used to this fun new thing you're doing, so it pays to be patient for the first while. There's always plenty of time to play later, so don't push your hole so hard that you get discouraged from playing more because it hurts. Of course like working out, the old adage "No pain, no gain" does ring true, but know the difference between a little extra pressure in your hole, and actually hurting yourself. You can't speedrun your body.
Something very important to focus on is learning how your body reacts and responds to different things. How does a lubed finger feel as it slips in? How does an unlubed finger feel teasing your hole from the outside? Get used to these sensations and figure out how it feels to stretch your hole in different ways. Different shaped toys will feel different, and stretch different ways, so diversifying your toy chest is a great way to max out your hole.
4. Techniques For Taking It
Another important aspect of toy play is finding comfortable positions to play in. Some people prefer playing on their back, others prefer on all fours, and some prefer squatting on toys (like the author does~). Ultimately it's all about control; getting comfortable while taking your toys will help make taking toys that much easier. Try different positions with the same toy, as you may find some easier than others. Personally, I find it easier to take depth toys when laying on my back, as it slips past my second ring easier. Yet, I also like to squat down onto girthier toys to let my body weight help pop them into my hole.
Some toys, by virtue of their length or proportions, do best when elevated off of the surface that you're playing on. We've found that a 12"-14" high stool will position the toy right under your hole, which makes lowering yourself down onto the full length of the toy much easier. This way you can focus more on the sensations of the toy, not wasting energy trying to balance and manipulate the toy to make it work. Line that big boy up and get to work, slut. A great way to motivate yourself even more is to play in front of a mirror. Being able to see the toy work your hole open is just so sexy, and that deep desire to see your cunt swallow it all can be enough to push that little bit harder to pop it in or pound out those extra reps.
One place lots of trainees find resistance is with the firmness of toys. It's no secret that lots of other company's toys are rock-hard, and it can be really discouraging to try a toy only for it to end up hurting. That's why material really matters. Our toys are made only with the best, soft platinum cure silicone, so they'll squish and accommodate your hole without brutalizing it.
As opposed to harder toys where you have to force them in, you can just relax and ease our toys in. They'll squish and slide right in, so you'll be able to take toys just as girthy as the others, but it'll be so much easier. I had a 9.1" circumference plug made of hard rubber that I never used to be able to take, and even if I did take it, I couldn't hold it for long before my tailbone got seriously sore and I was out for a couple days. I honestly thought I had reached my limit, and that I'd never get any further. Since I started training with our toys, it's been an amazing change. My Grip 115? Now it just slips in no problem, and I can wear it for hours posted up on the couch gaming. It's truly liberating to feel your hole open up around something so huge, knowing that you're capable of so much more than you thought was possible.
5. Progress!
You've got everything you need to start training that hole into the FFslot of your dreams. How do you know how you're doing? As we mentioned, it's all about listening to your body to take stock of how easy it is to take a toy.
Say you're working through The Gape Keeper® Collection, a great all-around plug to work on girth while training a bit of depth at the same time. The ambitious among you could size up monthly! But never feel like you have to rush or push yourself too hard to keep up with other sluts on Twitter. Every ass is different, and you know yours the best.
But how do you know when to size up? Well, how easily can your cunt devour a toy? If you're able to pop in a toy with little warmup and hold it for 10 minutes or more with no issue, then you're definitely ready to size up. Until then, you can always try adding a finger or two alongside your toy to add some girth to it and test it out. Ultimately the goal of hole-training is to always be pushing your limits and going bigger, so even if it takes a minute or two of warmup to fully take a toy and keep it in you comfortably, you're probably ready to take the next size up. Some collections make 2" circumference leaps, even more sometimes, so you should work extra hard with the toys you've got before levelling up. Always check the Collection pages for the sizes to gauge it. We've got a blog that goes into the different ways different toys can stretch you out, even when they seem to be similar 'sizes', which will shed light onto a lot of things. Take a look here, and bookmark it to refresh yourself when you're ready to try a new Collection.
You should document your progress and be proud of how far you've come, both for yourself and for other like-minded toy sluts. There's a thriving community of sluts out there on tube sites and especially Twitter, and they can't wait to see you ravage your hole. They're fun, kinky, super encouraging, and have tons of knowledge and know-how that they're more than willing to share with beginners. After all, it's like the gym: it can be intimidating from the outside, but everybody's there to improve themselves, and these sluts want to see your hole gaping just like theirs. Give us a follow on Twitter, because we love to see sluts work their cunts out on our toys. It truly makes us proud. Be sure to @ us and #hashtag the toy you're riding as well, and we'll retweet you for all the hungry whores of the net to see.
Toys For Beginners
Now that you're drooling at the prospect of stretching your gash out further than you thought possible, it's time to get equipped.
The Gape Keeper® Collection are perfect toys to begin your journey with, as they have perfect forms for locking into your puss and being bounced on. They feature distinct wide points that shrink down to a neck that keeps your hole wide open. The Gape Keeper® 55 and The Gape Keeper® 65 are perfect toys to get used to holding something inside you, building endurance as well as girth. Our soft platinum silicone makes them super comfortable to wear for longer as well, so you can get used to plugging up while doing chores, going for a run, working, anything your slutty little heart desires.
The Spike 70 is a must-have for depth training, as it gently introduces your second ring to stimulation while being narrow and comfortable enough to slip in with ease. You can feel your hole working over each of its ridges, counting your progress until you reach the base. Its narrow neck lets you pop the whole toy in and leave it plugged for extended training with your second ring too, which feels amazing. Once you can take it all, The Spike 90 is a hefty upgrade that your cunt will love.
The Deep Space 50 and The Deep Space 70 are designed to train your second ring for depth play, but they're also great for working girth. Their tips are much more blunt than those in The Spike Collection, so you should be ready to take their full girth before delving deeper. They come in our HD Finish texture, so the increased motion-feel will make these rockets seem bigger than they are, which is mindblowing. These are especially amazing to plug with while topping/
The widest toy in this list, The Grip 80, is a good beginner toy as well because its taper is steady and smooth. You can bounce and rock on the tip, slowly working your way down until you're ready to take more and more, right before your hole pops over its widest point. We won't lie, it can be really intense! But when you conquer it, you'll be hooked and just want to take more and more.
Now get out there and get stretched!
