In Europe we use many local carriers depending on your location. In North America and the rest of the world we use UPS shipping options that can have your order delivered as quickly as next day. Plus, we offer free shipping on all orders over $250 Canadian Dollars no matter where you are in the world.
Please Note: Gift Cards and non-physical items do not count toward free shipping.
• USA and Mexico Customers: Canada Post & UPS shipping. All packages are fully tracked, so you'll be able to see the package progress as it makes its way to you.
• European Union Customers: All EU orders ship from our EU warehouse without tariffs or customs fees. In Europe we use various local carriers depending on your location. Packages are fully tracked, so you'll be able to see the package progress as it makes its way to you.
• Canadian Customers: Canada Post & UPS services. All packages are fully tracked.
• Rest of World Customers: Canada Post & UPS services deliver around the world in 2-15 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.
Please note that customers outside of Canada, the USA (under $800USD), and the EU are responsible for paying taxes, if any, levied by their local governments. Customers in Canada, the USA (under $800USD), and the EU will not have any import fees. Review our Shipping Policies for more information. The UK is not part of the European Union, and orders to the UK will ship from our Vancouver warehouse.
