Exercising Plugged: Tighten Your Glutes And Loosen Your Hole

I sometimes joke that if I spent half as much time in the gym as I did playing with toys, I’d be the gay Hulk by now. The secret I learned is that doing both at once helps enhance each other in very tangible ways, making your gym time even more effective. You’ll be very pleasantly surprised by how much harder your leg-day will be when you do it plugged. Plugging during a workout is a great way to keep your mind focused on the way your body moves and pushes through your sets, as it draws your attention inwards to the self. Gyms can be very busy, distracting places, but you’re there to improve yourself (and maybe to pick out a cute guy to shower with after) right? When you’ve got a hefty plug in like a Gape Keeper® 93, it’s pretty hard to ignore. Your plug will remind you of how every muscle and structure are interconnected through every step, extension, and press, because the body will shift and squeeze on it the whole time. Very zen, indeed. So plug up and forget about everything else.

 

On the same mark, feeling that fat plug stretching you out will help draw attention to the activation of muscle groups while you work out. For example: as you push your hips up during a glute bridge, clench on your plug as hard as you can. You’re both working your hole harder which helps you loosen up, and you’re firing those glutes harder which leads to a better rep. Even better, the angle and glute-squeeze will mash your plug against your prostate, which is enough to make any slut’s legs tremble. This applies to all the workouts shown here, so shove in your plug and get moving.

 

Here are some of our favourite exercises to really work your glutes and work your hole:

 

Glute Bridges

These are a classic for honing in and building up your ass, as mentioned earlier. Be sure to push up slowly, and hold your extension for a few seconds while squeezing extra hard on your plug, slowly letting down to repeat. Add a barbell for increased resistance as necessary, and prepare for a real mind-melter that you didn’t expect as it grinds your toy into your prostate. The Grip Collection is especially nasty for this one, as its pronounced flare will milk you with every rep. One-Legged Glute Brides are even better, as the interior difference of moving one leg, not both, grinds the plug around even more.

 

 

Squats

Another classic, the squat is great for training clench-strength with your toys. As you squat your cheeks are pulled apart, so there’s no help holding that plug in anymore - it’s all on your hole. As you come back up, be sure to flex on that plug to really activate your glutes, not just relying on your legs to do the work. This is a great way to increase your inner grip on toys while also loosening your lips. The Lotus is perfect those low squats, forcing you to clench tight around it to keep it from popping out. After a few sets of deep hard squeezing you'll be too loose to hold it in any longer, so it's time to sneak off to the locker room and pop in the next size up..

 

 

Kickbacks / Donkey Kicks

This one is a personal favourite of mine. Something about how the plug grinds and moves in you as your legs work independently of another really makes you feel the plug in a new way. Keep a hard, constant squeeze on your toy on the way up and as you hold your leg high, and you’ll really feel these ones. If you’ve got the balance, tap your glute with the opposite hand to the leg you’re lifting to see exactly what we mean - rock-hard glutes working even harder. Attaching ankle weights for resistance just makes this one even better, as you have to squeeze even harder to get that leg up. Your hole will be real loose after this one.

 

 

Planking

This one really brings the focus inward, showing you how interconnected every part of your body is. The longer you hold your plank, the more your body will fight to keep itself up, so as your core starts to scream you’re going to feel your ass squeezing around the plug. How long can you hold it for? Now feel that tightness around a nice wide plug like The Grip. Maybe you’ll set a record. Or maybe you’ll get distracted. Squeeze your glutes together for some bonus points.

 

 

Walking Lunges

Unlike regular Lunges, Walking Lunges drive your workout around the gym, which is a great excuse to scope out the other guys around you. As with Kickbacks, your plug will grind around in you with every lunge, as they’re much more exaggerated movements compared to normal walking. You’ll have to squeeze real hard as you do these to keep the plug in, so be prepared to feel those glutes firing way harder than you would if you’d done these unplugged.
