Your privacy is very important to us. We ship every order in an unmarked cardboard box and submit customs information electronically whenever possible. We use generic product descriptions like "Silicone Sculpture" and do not list Topped Toys anywhere on the outside of the box. You credit card statement will read *SP_TOPPED.
All EU country orders ship from our EU warehouse, so you will not be charged customs or import fees and your order will arrive extra fast with a local delivery company.
We use only the highest grade lab certified skin safe platinum silicone. Our material conforms to the highest international standards in Canada, the USA, and EU.

Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with one easy link to live tracking for your package.
It’s not possible for us to guarantee delivery times. There are many factors that can cause a delivery delay- equipment breakdowns, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can delay your package. If you expect that you may not be home to receive your package we strongly encourage you to use the UPS MyChoice Service to schedule your delivery or to direct your package to a UPS Access Point near you so that you may pick it up at your convenience. To use UPS MyChoice Service visit the tracking link for your shipment, then click the Change My Delivery button in the lower left corner of the tracking information.
While we do not generally accept returns, we do occasionally make exceptions if your items are unopened (in the original plastic packaging). If you choose to return your items you are responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive your items we will inspect them to be sure they are in new condition. If the items are not used, we will refund you for the total amount minus any shipping charges we incurred. You must email us to make return arrangements at TheBoys@ToppedToys.com.
