Topped Toys guarantees the quality of our products against manufacturing defects. Colour and effects can vary from toy to toy.
One of the most common reasons customers ask to return a toy is that the toy is too large. We do not accept returns on orders where a customer has misjudged the size of the toy. Please take a moment to carefully review the provided sizing information prior to placing your order. Sizing specifications are listed on each product's description page in both imperial and metric measurements. We also offer a helpful size guide to help you make an informed decision prior to completing your purchase. Please remember to always play safely within your limits. Once your order has shipped we can not take it back.
1. Due to the intimate nature of our products, Topped Toys is not able to accept returns. If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to exchange it for the same product.
2. You must notify Topped Toys that you received a defective toy within 7 days of delivery. We are not able to accept exchanges beyond 7 days.
3. Once you've submitted a request for an exchange, we will review your request and advise you of the next steps.
4. We are not able to offer exchanges for toys that are damaged due to improper care or use. Please read our care and storage guidelines carefully.
