What inspires you the most to take big new toys? Insatiable lust? A need to progress and compete with yourself? A master’s demands?

HotWings: For me, it's always been a personal journey. Right from the outset of playing with my ass, I found that I really enjoyed the stretching sensation and the feeling of being full to the max. I also enjoyed the idea of breaking new ground. I didn't set off with specific goals, but I ended up getting bigger and bigger toys to keep up with my growing hole. Many times, I got a new toy I couldn't take or could only just take, thinking "this is it, the ultimate stretch, I won't need a bigger one" only to find that eventually I could take it reasonably easily and my sights were set again on something even bigger. 

Naked Nate: I started my hole-growing journey a few years ago and have been inspired to take bigger and bigger toys to see how big and deep my hole can get. The first time I saw my baby rosebud, I knew I wanted to keep growing and seeing how far I can go!

Locked Milk Cow: What inspires me to take big new toys is two-fold.  One, it's at the pleasure and demand of tops and masters I am serving.  Two, I personally like to push my own limits as to what I can take; which is why I can say I've been locked in chastity for about a year.  Which leads to I guess a third reason... having big new toys up my ass is the only way I can receive pleasure.

We all hit that first ‘wall’, where we’re pulling ourselves down onto a new toy to make it pop in. How do you prepare to take a huge new toy that will push your limits to the max? 

T I M: We all buy those toys that once we unbox we think, “There is no way that is fitting inside of me!” There are some things that can help even the most severe of “my eyes are hungrier than my hole” syndrome. First, don’t forget to have a solid warm-up. I usually start with a long, thinner toy and then work upon sequentially thicker toys  (yes, even the biggest of size queens have smaller toys for warm-ups). The more lube the better! Secondly, find your relaxed headspace. Have a drink, watch some porn, get some mood lighting going—whatever it is that makes you feel calm and focused. One thing that reassures and relaxes my mind (and thereby my hole) is knowing exactly what size my hole can handle. Lastly, don’t forget it’s about the journey and not the destination. Instantfist: When I open a new package with a toy that is even bigger than before, the first thing that comes to my mind is: TOO COOL, LET’S GET READY! First, I use the last biggest toy that I can take completely to stretch my hole. Then, I can compare the size to know where I can go with this new big toy that I have just received, and then it’s go-time!

BullBoy_FF: I'm not too sure if I really PREPARE to take a toy beyond my limits. I more or less just go for it. However, when I hit a wall, like it's a toy that's just too big that I can't fully hilt, I look at it like it's the "ultimate challenge". I have a process for dealing with said challenges, and that's toying regularly with that toy until I either temporarily get tired of it, or I take it all the way. In the case of the Grip 160, I wasn't sure if it was something I would be able to manage, but I had experience with the Grip 150 and knew that, once I took it, it would seat itself nicely. When I got the Grip 160 in, I just went for it and where it was intense, it was manageable and it popped in. Some longer toys can be frustrating, or certain shapes that just don't want to "go" can be frustrating. But, you have to do what you can to make that frustration turn into motivation. For me, watching porn while toying, blindfolding myself and imagining a super hot huge guy fucking me and trying to "fit" or even a good music playlist all help my headspace to prepare me to take something that's bigger than I can normally fit. If I can't fit it, I just use it regularly until it finally does. Hell, even toying in the dark sometimes boosts my imagination and really gets me in the mood to push my limits. 

HotWings: There's been a few "walls" to break through. I think you have to treat hole width and depth differently. The outer hole, you can kind of force - pull yourself down onto as such, if you're careful. The outer sphincter is amazing, can take quite a bit of abuse if you take care to stretch it over time and warm up properly on smaller toys etc. When going deep however you do have to be more cautious. There are walls to break through, up there, maybe not sphincters as such but certainly narrowing/folds/curves to straighten out and widen. But for these you can't force your way in - you need to be much more careful and patient, alignment and body position is more critical. My success was using long thin toys squatting down on them and only gradually increasing their girth. You can't just try and put a thick toy in deep and expect to be able to put it in deeper each time. I wish I had had a long, tapered toy like a Spike at that time, because I think they would have helped a lot. Oh, and lube. Lube lube lube. Apart from the mess, you can't have too much!

How do you settle around a big toy, and when do you know it’s time to size up? How easy does it have to be to take a toy before you know you’re ready?

Pup Kibbles: I just play with it as much as I can. I have found that repetition works best for me in getting my body used to a new big toy, pushing my pussy a little more each time it is played with. Knowing when to size up on something is a personal preference. For me, I'll specifically mention my grips for example: A good metric I use is reps, and the ease of doing them. Take the Grip 150 for example. When it plugged my pussy and double-locked in, I knew it was time to start working on the Grip 160. That feeling of it locking in deeper is something that can’t be easily described, but let’s just say my pussy hasn’t been the same since. 

Instantfist: You get used to a big toy with lots of training. For me, until I master a toy, I keep using it a lot. It's as if it should be part of me before moving on to another size

Slim-FF: Practice Practice Practice! My eyes are almost always bigger than my hole (for now!) but sometimes I see something new and just say, screw it, I need it! Other times, friends in our amazing community swap toys and you get to sample what’s around. The last guy I got (Cetos) was a discovery while hanging at someone's house. It popped it and my balls drained soon after. I knew I needed it!

Naked Nate: I usually use a big toy either on my fuck machine or on a suction cup to get me used to it. When I can easily jump on it or get totally railed on the fuck machine at top speed, then I know my hole is ready for a bigger friend. 

Bones: we’ve all got em. At some point for every slut, and that point is different depending on our individual anatomies, our pelvis and tailbones can feel like they’re getting in the way. A session with a big new toy can leave your tailbone a little sore sometimes. Does that happen to you? If so, how do you overcome that? And are there any techniques you use to accommodate newer toys, say, using particular angles or positions? 

T I M: There are undoubtedly anatomic limits on everyone—a 5 foot twink with a size 28” waist definitely has a different build than a 6’10” daddy bear (and both are very sexy). I do believe, however, that with enough training most people can turn their holes into an impressively deep, wide abyss. Try different orientations with a toy—even older, more familiar toys can bring new sensations depending on which way it’s facing. Try different body positions as well. Whether you get inspo from your favorite twitter star or gollum, changing your body’s position can alter and open your pelvic area. After-play hole care is important for me. I usually slap some juice on my caboose (vaseline, preparation H, etc.) after a session. If the soreness is related to bone busting, I’ll try hard to give my hole a couple days of rest. Don’t forget to keep up with core exercises (e.g. planks) and Kegels, which can give more support during sessions and help reduce the risk of injury during play. 

Slim-FF: I am tall and skinny (6’4 and 155#) — I am pretty intune with my limitations and do a pretty good job of pushing the envelope just enough to avoid any soreness, but when it does happy, I just have to take a few rest days and come back to it. Each person has a position they are most comfortable in, where they can relax the most, and for me its always always on all 4s. I’ll push against a wall and get what I want in my hole!

BullBoy_FF: One thing I frequently hear from other friends who are into big toys is "Oh that's too big, my bones get in the way", or "I can't go bigger because my hips" or something along those lines. Me personally, i've never believed that. Now I could absolutely be wrong here, but my outlook has always been, at bigger sizes you're pushing against your bones all the time while toying. Since that's the case, I absolutely get sore, especially if i'm pushing well past my limits for say 3 days in a row, at the end of the 3 days, my hole might be REALLY sore and that's when I know it's time to break. Your hole just needs to recover, if you take a break for a few days and come back, that soreness will be gone, and your holes elasticity will be a little more, which means as you press your hole against your bones, it will become more used to that sensation. That's really all we're doing at the end of the day, we're getting our holes used to intense sensations through training. 

If it's day one of training and you went too hard and your hole is sore. Try to step down and use something a little smaller and warm up for a longer time on that toy. Obviously we all have warm up toys at the start of a session, but sometimes you need to give yourself more of a warm up to tell your hole "Yes, this is happening again so get ready". If you're sore, warm up longer, or use a slightly bigger warm up toy and step up to limit pushing toys a little slower than you normally might do so. 

As far as techniques, towel warmer or hot toys helps GREATLY with sore holes. That and being in a position where you can comfortably ride or squat on a toy and take it slow will go a long ways. Just know that, if you train regularly, that soreness from your bones will slowly but surely go away and become less of an issue, at least it did for me.

Locked Milked Cow: Thankfully, I have not run into this problem... yet.  Either I'm really lucky... or I just haven't had the "Big One" in me to cause this issue!  Whew!
