Discounting products for some customers means that others will pay a higher price. We think that’s inherently unfair. That’s why we offer our best price to every customer.
We know that other companies send discount codes when you leave their site without completing a purchase, and we think that’s dishonest. If a customer pays regular price for an item only to discover that by NOT buying it they could have saved 20%, it leaves the customer feeling cheated. That’s not a nice feeling. We know that other brands run near continuous sales, but that means customers never really know if they got a fair shake.
You will see only promotional codes under certain scheduled circumstances, not at random:
- Each year we have a Canada Day sale and a Black Friday Sale, whereby we offer toys at a discount with an automatic cart discount.
- Additionally, we offer a 20% discount for the launch weekend of any new toy, because we know you’re just as excited to play with them as we are
Otherwise, we do not offer discounts to individual customers.
Shipping and logistics is an area that we want to take the brunt of the effort and pain off of your shoulders. We don’t make any money off of our shipping costs, and we offer free shipping at a lower threshold for minimum order than many other toy makers. In some instances we can even lose some money on shipping, but we happily swallow the cost so you don’t have to stress. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver your new toy as quickly as possible, and we aim to do so in every situation.
When it boils down to value, we use the highest quality platinum-cure silicone on the market. While it is a great deal more expensive than other types of silicone (like that found in AliExpress/Wish knockoffs), we price our toys competitively in our class so you end up with the best toys and best experience. There are no shortcuts to producing fun, body-safe silicone products, and we’d never compromise quality and safety for profit. You deserve the best.
