It’s not possible for us to guarantee delivery times. There are many factors that can cause a delivery delay- equipment breakdowns, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can delay your package. If you expect that you may not be home to receive your package we strongly encourage you to use the UPS MyChoice Service to schedule your delivery or to direct your package to a UPS Access Point near you so that you may pick it up at your convenience. While we do not generally accept returns, we do occasionally make exceptions if your items are unopened (in the original plastic packaging). If you choose to return your items you are responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive your items we will inspect them to be sure they are in new condition.
