Returns and Exchanges

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for products purchased through ToppedToys.com.



1. Intimate Products & Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature and hygiene requirements of our products, Topped Toys maintains a strict policy:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for any product where the sealed, tamper-evident outer packaging or wrapping has been opened, damaged, or removed.

  • We can only accept returns on items that are verifiably unused, unopened, and in the exact condition you received them, including all original packaging, seals, and accessories.

  • If a returned item arrives and the hygiene seal/packaging is compromised, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Damaged/Defective or Unopened)

You are eligible for a return/refund under the following conditions:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will cover the return cost and offer a replacement.

Product is Unopened/Unused

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must adhere strictly to Section 1 (Hygiene Policy). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Incorrect Item Received

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence. We will cover the return cost and ensure the correct item is shipped immediately.


 


 

Important Note on Cosmetic Imperfections:

Topped Toys does not consider minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality or safety of the product as "defective." This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Minor Chipping: Small chips at the edges of the base or VacULock hole that may appear over time.

  • Minor color inconsistencies or variations in texture.

A product will only be deemed defective if the damage significantly compromises the integrity, safety, or core function of the toy.

 


 

Time Limit: All eligible returns must be initiated by submitting a return HERE within 30 days of the delivery date.

 


 

3. Return Shipping & Warehouse Locations

To ensure a smooth customs and logistics process, all returns must be sent to the correct regional warehouse based on the original shipping destination. If a customs declaration is required you must classify the shipment correctly as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid duties.

Customer pays for return shipping and duties unless item is Damaged/Defective.


Important Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring the returned item is packaged securely and that a trackable shipping method is used. Topped Toys is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 


 

4. Refunds Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect item).

 


 

5. Protecting Against Abuse (Our Right to Refuse)

To protect Topped Toys and our customers, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return in the following situations:

  • Non-compliance with the Hygiene Policy (Section 1).

  • Evidence of abuse of the policy, such as excessive or fraudulent return activity.

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

  • Items received damaged due to poor return packaging by the customer.

If the item is returned after the 30-day window without prior agreement.


 

Seconds and Discounted Items

Topped Toys does occasionally sell seconds or items that are perfectly functional but may have cosmetic defects. These items are offered at a discounted price and are sold as is. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately discounted items cannot be exchanged.
