We expect a large volume of orders during the Black Friday Sale. Here are a few tips to help make sure your order goes smoothly, allowing us to get your toys delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Early Access

Doors open early for newsletter subscribers! Get early access to the sale by signing up for the Topped Toys Newsletter.

Shipping:

All orders qualify for Free Shipping at $250 CAD.

Due to the large number of orders received during the sale, we will not ship orders as quickly as usual during the holiday period. Please allow extra time for shipments. We process and ship orders in the order that they are received, so get yours in fast.

EU Orders Ship From Within The EU

Say goodbye to surprise import fees. When you order from ToppedToys.com to an EU address your order will ship from within the EU, so you don't have to worry about customs, brokerage fees, or import charges. (European Union member countries only. The U.K. is not an EU country.)

Support Response Delays:

Due to the extremely high volumes of orders our entire team will be working around the clock to fulfill and expedite your orders. Anticipate delays in our response times to emails and social media messages. Please be patient and understand the entire Topped team is doing its best to get your toys, lube, and sexy apparel to you as quickly as possible.

Coupon Codes:

The regular sale discounts will be applied to your cart automatically, no coupon codes required. Early Access codes will be sent by email.

Correct Addresses:

Please double and triple check your shipping information. If we get an address error when we process your order for shipment it will delay your order fulfillment. While we do always ship in discreet packaging, some customers prefer to use an Access Point if they are uncomfortable having the package delivered to their home.

Changes to Orders:

Due to the high volumes expected we ask that you carefully review your order to verify you are ordering the correct toys, in the correct colour, and enter the correct address information in your order. Making a change to your order will require us to cancel your original order, which will delay your shipment. Please try to place the correct order the first time. All order cancellations are subject to restocking policies. If you do decide to change or cancel an order please email us at theboys@toppedtoys.com and include your order number.

Sale Extensions:

We reserve the right to extend or shorten the sale. We cannot offer the sale discounts outside of the sale period.

Refund Policy:

Please pay careful attention to our refund policy

IMPORT CHARGES AND TAXES:

You are responsible for paying any import fees or taxes charged by your government. We aren’t able to collect or calculate these on behalf of your government. If you fail to pay these fees and your package is abandoned we will not be able to issue a refund.

To help us out during this busy time of year, and to ensure that your order ships quickly, efficiently, and without any delays, interruptions or errors, here are a few tips for placing your Black Friday order. Follow these and you'll be playing in no time!

1) Be sure to double check your shopping cart before submitting your order:
Swapping toys in already completed orders takes time, and very often will require us to cancel your order so that you can re-order with the correct items. Any order changes or colour and/or size swap requests made after an order is placed will result in your order being put on hold and moved to the end of our shipping queue. To avoid delays to your order, be sure to double check the items you're ordering are the right size and are in the colour you prefer.

2) Double check your shipping address: 
Occasionally, our website will auto-fill a customer's address based on past orders, without taking into account that the customer might have moved or switched addresses since their last purchase. It is also possible that in the anticipation of receiving a new toy, an important piece of shipping address information, such as a missing apartment number or an incomplete phone number, may be missed. An incomplete or incorrect address will sometimes be flagged by our shipping software, but not always, and it may result in a package being shipped and then delayed due to missing information. Please double check the shipping address details before submitting your order. (Please also note than when selecting UPS, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are not valid shipping addresses)

3) Avoid Fraud Alerts:
Occasionally, our shipping software will flag an order as potentially fraudulent. This can happen when you are using a proxy service to access the internet, if your shipping address is far from the IP address you placed the order from, if your card company detected an unusual pattern, and many other reasons. If your order is flagged, we will have to place a hold on the order and request by email extra verification (a photo of your ID with the shipping address on it, or the last four digits of your Credit Card) before we can ship. This will result in your order being delayed, so if any of the above sounds relevant to you, please consider that before placing your order.

4) Avoid including specific delivery instructions:
It is our policy not to ship to addresses where the customer has specified that they will not be home to receive the order, due to a high volume of theft that occurs when a package is Safe Dropped somewhere for the customer to find themselves, as is UPS' policy when a customer is not home. Please include a shipping address where you know you will be able to receive your order. Detailed or specific customer notes with delivery instructions may result in your order being delayed or cancelled.
