I was using an XD ring of the sand size and a baby cage. That combination caused a cut on my balls. I switched out the base ring with this one and I’m never looking back.

Overall the kink3d stuff is excellent and incredibly comfortable for long term wear. I love my cage so much

Best fit

This needs to be reviewed in conjunction with the Kink 3D cage but the combination is amazingly easy to wear. Word of note on sizing, if you have large balls you probably need to go to the next size ring just to get them through.
I would appreciate a better sizing guide than is currently on the site.
