Think you found a Topped Toys deal? Be suspicious. It's probably fake.
Counterfeit sites impersonating Topped Toys often advertise deep discounts, promo codes, clearance prices, or "official sales" to lure bargain hunters. They're not us. They use our photos and branding to look real, but they’re not authorized. Some are fake shops: you pay, but nothing ever arrives (or you get a cheap copy). Others are just there to steal your payment details or personal information.
To be sure you’re buying genuine Topped Toys, only purchase from toppedtoys.com or from one of our authorized retailers.
Here’s what to watch out for:
-
Domain name: Our only domain is toppedtoys.com. Watch for slight misspellings, punctuation marks in the URL, added words, or different domain suffixes (.shop, .store, etc.) If the domain isn't exactly right, it isn't us.
-
Prices that don't add up: Our toys are hand-poured premium silicone. If a site is offering them at a huge discount, or a price that seems too good to be true - it certainly is.
-
Ships from China: We ship from Canada, the USA, or the EU. If your order ships from China or tracking shows a Chinese origin, the product is not genuine. We do not have authorized retailers in China. Please report it to us via our Contact Page.
-
No real contact information: Fake sites often have no phone number, no physical address, broken contact forms, or customer service that never responds. We are reachable at support@toppedtoys.com
-
Poor quality images or text: Blurry images, obvious translation errors, or descriptions that feel "off" are red flags. Fake sites usually use boiler-plate descriptions that don’t match the products they accompany.
-
No clear return or quality policy: We stand behind our products. Counterfeit sites often have vague, nonexistent, or copy-pasted policies.
Why this matters
There are two main risks with these fake Topped Toys sites:
Unsafe products:
All of our toys are made with premium 100% platinum cured silicone. Counterfeit silicone products may contain phthalates, industrial fillers, or other materials [link to material safety page] that have no place near your body. They’re untested, unregulated, and not covered by our return policy since we do not make them.
We only honor our quality guarantee and support for products purchased from toppedtoys.com or an authorized retailer listed on this page.
Stolen money or personal data:
Most fake sites never ship anything at all. They’re built to take your payment details or login information and disappear. If you enter your card or account info on one of these sites, you could face unauthorized charges or identity theft.
