Shipping to the EU
All orders with a shipping address in the European Union, including the Åland islands, French Guiana, St. Pierre & Miquelon, and nations in the Caribbean are shipped from our EU-based warehouse, so no import duties will be charged!
Please note that not all countries that are physically in Europe are part of the European Union. These countries include, but are not limited to, the United Kingdom, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Türkiye and Ukraine. Orders to these countries will be fulfilled by our warehouse in Canada and may incur import taxes and duties.
During regular periods, we do our best to fulfill orders within 24 hours. However, during peak times like holidays, sales, and product launches we may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill your order. These are the times you should expect for order fulfillment and we will not refund any shipping fees should you decide to cancel your order because you hoped to get it faster. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your toys shipped as fast as we can. It's important to us and we know it's important to you.

Shipping Method
Most of our orders are shipped with FedEx, but DHL and UPS may be available depending on the country for a surcharge. We regret that we are not able to accommodate special requests for shipping methods or express shipping upgrades.
