Topped Toys is committed to offering industry-leading prices. Part of the way we do that is by limiting the discounts available on our products. Discounting products for some customers means that others will pay a higher price.
Our price is the same for everyone, and we stand by it. There are no codes sitting in abandoned cart emails, no deals for whoever asks us personally, no mysterious sale that never seems to end. We are not here to sell gimmicks - we believe in the quality of our products and we charge a fair price, to everyone, always.
We run two proper sales a year: Canada Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
When we launch a new toy, the first weekend is 20% off because we're just as excited as you are and we want to see as many of you playing with it as quickly as possible.
Outside of those cases, the price you see is the price everyone pays, and nobody got a better deal than you did. Our only store is toppedtoys.com. If you've seen our products listed somewhere else at a steep discount, it's a fraudulent site - please report it to us and we'll work on getting it taken down.
We don't profit from our shipping costs - and on some international orders, we eat the difference entirely. That's just part of how we operate. Free shipping kicks in at a lower minimum order than many companies in this space, we turn orders around quickly, and everything ships in plain packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate what's inside. We know discretion isn't optional for a lot of people and it's never going to be something you have to pay extra for or specifically request. It's just how we ship every time.
Every single one of our silicone toys is designed and made by our team in Vancouver, Canada. Each Topped Toy design is made of 100% platinum-cured silicone which is lab-certified for body contact and entirely skin-safe. It costs significantly more to source and to work with than cheaper materials used in a lot of toys, and that's reflected in the price. It's also why our toys are non-porous, resistant to odour and staining, easy to clean properly, and built to hold up to serious use over a long time.
We've never cut corners on materials to hit a lower price point and we're not going to. We care too much about what we're making and who we're making it for. We design and make things we'd want to use ourselves. Which we do.
